Spyderleggero is – as the Italian name denotes – lighter and more ergonomic than the previous models thanks to its titanium sandwich case and a more aggressive and fiercer design that is, at the same time, cleaner and smoother thanks to its well-defined lines. The Spyderleggero Skeleton is the result of an engineering and ergonomics research made by the brand’s Centro Stile that selected materials like titanium and aluminum in order to reach the best compromise between the size of the watch, its wearability and comfort on the wrist.
A real pillar of Swiss watchmaking, the SW200-1 is precise, reliable and robust. The SW200-1 is versatile too and, thanks in particular to its many versions and small complications, is well able to equip all types of watches, from the most sports orientated to the most elegant.
The heart of the watch is revealed by the skeleton sapphire glass dial that shows the intricate Swiss Made movement of the timepiece, while the skeleton back case discloses the oscillating branded watch rotor. A côte de Genève pattern and luminescent decalque indexes enrich the edges of the dial.
The 17mm thick case is composed of three layers: a satin titanium base, an anticorodal aluminium carrure available in four different colours, and a titanium bezel holding the sapphire glass with antireflective coating. The ergonomic sandwich case displays eight small, visible Torx® screws that keep the edges of the case firmly anchored, as a treasure chest that encloses the precious heritage and DNA of the brand.
The packaging provides two interchangeable straps: a leather strap with exclusive crocodile print and coloured stitching on the sides, and a rubber band with suede inserts and coloured finishing. Both versions flaunt a stainless steel deployante buckle with titanium coating and shield in relief.
